The Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a professional who leads complex process improvement and process innovation projects to realize the business benefits in any type of industry. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt has sound understanding of Lean Six Sigma approach, methodology in terms of 5 phases Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC), and a set of tools and techniques to make data-driven decision.

This course helps participants to grow professionally, increase their complex problem-solving and process improvement skill set, execute Lean Six Sigma projects based on the Lean Six Sigma approach and DMAIC methodology, and drive business results, as well as to prepare for LSSBB certification.

6sigmastudy™’s online live proctored exams allow you to take your certification exams from the comfort of your home using a webcam and a reliable internet connection. Upon successful completion of the exam you will get an online certificate. Your name will be added to the 6sigmastudy™ Certification Registry.

Exam Rescheduling Policy:

Students can can request for rescheduling in case of any situation preventing them from taking the exam on the scheduled date.
There will be a rescheduling fee of USD 50

PREREQUISITE:

There is no formal prerequisite for this certification. However, it is recommended that the students undertake the Six Sigma Green Belt Course (SSGB™) to better understand the concepts required to be certified in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB™) certification exam.

RE-CERTIFICATION:

6sigmastudy™ certificate should be renewed within three calendar years of its issue date by taking the re-certification exam. A re-certification exam is not as extensive as the certification exam and consists of only half the exam questions. A student can pass the Re-certification exam with just a few hours of study.
