COURSE OVERVIEW:
The effective and efficient project management helps ensure throughout the project life cycle that a project will successfully complete its agreed goals and deliverables. It involves identifying and managing risks, optimal resource management, right scheduling and budgeting, and effective communication across multiple teams and project stakeholders.
Project Management Essentials, 2-days training program helps participants to build good understanding of the key aspects of the project management processes, leading best practices, and specific techniques from Project Management Institute (PMI, USA), Agile Manifesto, Scrum project management model.

- Demonstrate sound understanding of the key principles of project management.
- Have a clear understanding of project, program and portfolio management.
- Understand the importance of identifying critical project stakeholders and managing them within the context of project development.

- This course is suitable for everyone in an organization who works in a Project Team or anyone who interacts with any Project Team, regardless of level of responsibility of the participant.
- Novice project managers, business analysts, group leaders, and project team members who are interested to know how to carry out a successful project.
METHODOLOGY:
- Engaging and interactive way of course material delivery is carried out using the demonstration method and real life examples and exercises.
- Recap after a lunch/coffee/day break helps participants to enhance their understanding.
- Knowledge check exercise is conducted every day before the end of the class.
There is no official certification associated with this course. However, a "Certificate of Completion" will be issued to each participant who attends the course for at least 75% of the duration.
There are no prerequisites to take this course, although the participants will benefit if they are familiar with the nature of project work and organizational environment.
