Refund / Reschedule
Virtual Live Online Classes Enrolment:
We reserve the right to reschedule / cancel a training session. In the case of cancellation of a session, we will make a full refund to the delegate (“you”) via your mode of payment (Credit/debit Card, PayPal etc). Alternatively, you can opt to reschedule for any available future training sessions with no additional cost.
You may wish to cancel the registered training session. In this case, we will refund 90% of your payment to you, if you notify to us 7 working days prior to the starting date of your registered session. In case of less than 7 days of notification, we will refund 50% of paid amount.
If you wish to reschedule your registered session for a future date, we will apply a rescheduling fee 10% to you. Provided we receive your request for rescheduling at least 7 working days before the starting date of your registered session. In addition, we may have limitation of seats available in the requested future session. We may not allow to rescheduling if you request for it within 7 working days from the starting date of the session, however you have option to send your replacement.
E-Learning Courses Enrolment:
No cancellation or refund is possible once enrolled for the course.

Credit Card Usage
In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. The company will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for any fraudulent of a credit card usage will be on the user and the onus shall be exclusively on the user to prove otherwise.
